Shawn S. Bullard serves as the lead federal policy advisor in Washington, DC, for North Dakota's Northern Plains Unmanned Aircraft SystemsTest Site. He is a Capitol Hill-based government relations strategist, consultant and lobbyist, who specializes in public policy impacting innovative and disruptive technologies. For more than two decades Mr. Bullard has driven public policy at the highest levels of government.
Mr. Bullard will share tips for navigating a still-uncertain UAS policy landscape, as well as his predictions for 2016 and beyond
